While Josh Gad had nothing to do with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, he was still a big fan and now wants a spinoff for one of its minor characters. In a post on Twitter, the noted Star Wars fan says he is demanding a spinoff for Babu Frik.
Babu appears briefly in the film as a droidsmith who can reprogram any droid. He does so to C-3PO in order to help the heroes track down an important ship.
Perhaps he can fight Baby Yoda in a battle of who is the cutest alien.
