ALBANY – The city is offering free summer program for children ages six to 13 from July 13 through Aug. 20.
Residents must register before June 29. To register go to https://albanyny.recdesk.com/Community/Program. The program will be held at Hoffman, Swinburne, Arbor Hill and Westland Hills parks.
The city’s Summer Youth Employment Program is also now hiring. The program will offer applicants up to 20 hours a week from July 20 through Aug. 14.
Vacations and time-off will not be permitted. Youth who have been assigned summer school must ensure that their summer job does not conflict with their instruction and study time.
