TROY — One person was shot on 7th Avenue in the area of Glen Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
The person went to the hospital on their own with non-life threatening injuries.
Two people were also shot Monday night in Troy around 5th Avenue and Hutton Street. Those victims were taken to Samaritan Hospital by private vehicle with non life threatening injuries.
The shootings follow a pattern of gun violence in Troy and Albany that have resulted in multiple shootings weekly.
"TPD has partnered with local resources to help investigate the recent violence but we know we aren’t successful without the community’s help! Please speak with friends and family, reach out to us with any info," Troy police tweeted Tuesday night.
