A00 aluminium ingot price records a growth of RMB100/t and Aluminium Alloys (ADC12) price of RMB50/t

On the day of Merry Christmas, the A00 aluminium ingot price in China has been found extending its growth by RMB 100 per tonne to stand at RMB 14,580 per tonne, found Shanghai Metals Market. This marks the second consecutive rise after a slight fall on December 23, from RMB 14,450 per tonne to RMB 14,440 per tonne. The average prices today are expected to range between RMB 14,560 per tonne and RMB 14,600 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 130-170 per tonne.

Among the major cities, Foshan has seen a phenomenal growth of RMB 210 per tonne to RMB 14,700 per tonne, followed by Chongqing and Shenyang, where the price has increased by RMB 140 per tonne to RMB 14,620 per tonne and RMB 14,535 per tonne, respectively. While in Gongyi, Linyi, and Wuxi, the ingot price has grown by RMB 125 per tonne and RMB 120 per tonne to RMB 14,435 per tonne, RMB 14,490 per tonne, and RMB 14,610 per tonne, respectively, in Tianjin and Hangzhou, the price has climbed up by RMB 110 per tonne and RMB 105 per tonne to come in at RMB 14,570 per tonne and RMB 14,585 per tonne.

On the rise of A00 aluminium ingot price, the prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12), aluminium alloy (A380), and aluminium alloy (A356) have also recorded a growth of RMB 50 per tonne and RMB 100 per tonne to clock at RMB 15,000 per tonne, RMB 15,900 per tonne, and RMB 15,300 per tonne, respectively, as of December 25, found Shanghai Metals Market.

The prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) have registered a rise today after remaining restrained at RMB 14,950 per tonne and RMB 14,850 per tonne for three consecutive days, while that of the aluminium alloy (A356) marks the second straight day of growth.
