Jefferson County has indicted an 18-year-old authorities say stole purses from two women at Parkdale Mall.
Moses Ray Rhine Jr. was indicted Wednesday for two counts of felony theft, according to the indictment.
Just before 10 a.m. May 23 a Beaumont police officer saw a man matching the description of a man who had stolen purses from two women, who officers believe to be Rhine, at the mall running in the parking lot with two purses, according to an arrest affidavit.
