Former long-time Nederland mayor dies
Former Nederland Mayor R.A. "Dick" Nugent has died.
The 84-year-old died Sunday and services are pending with Brousaard's Mortuary in Nederland.
Nugent was born in Alexandria, Louisiana on Oct. 15, 1934, according to his obituary.
