Roommate argument leads to machete attack on the Northeast Side, police say
A disagreement between roommates led to one cutting the other with a machete on the Northeast Side Tuesday night, officials say.
San Antonio police responded to the 100 block of Ashland Drive around 11:30 p.m. for the altercation. They were told that the two roommates, both men in their 50s, got into an argument that ended with the suspect slashing the other with a machete, police said.
The victim was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
