And it appeared like the Almost Famous actress is in fine company, as she shared a darling Instagram with her pregnant BFF Angi Fletcher on Tuesday.
The daughter of Goldie Hawn, 39, was simply stunning in a long-sleeved prairie dress as she posed with her statuesque bestie in the Boomarang animation.
Kate, who has two older children, looked radiant in a floor-skimming white dress that hugged her bump just right as she wiggled for the camera.
The Fabletics founder's cropped tresses and makeup-free face put her pregnancy glow front and center as she stood with her amigo Angi.
It seemed like things had come full circle for the friends, as Kate explained in her caption.
'14/15 years ago when me and one of my best girlfriends were having our first babies, little did we know 15 years later we would be weeks apart both on number 3!'

While this is Kate and boyfriend Danny Fujikawa's first child, the starlet has two older offspring from previous relationships.
The actress also has a son named Ryder, 14, with her ex husband Chris Robinson and shares son Bingham, six, with ex-fiance Matt Bellamy.
Kate and Danny began dating in December of 2016, although they have known each other for over 15 years.
The couple announced the pregnancy in an Instagram video on April 6 and are expecting a mid-Summer birth.
