Sand sculptures take shape in Clearwater

It takes 1,000 tons of sand, a bit of water, and a massive amount of precision to recreate Rome’s Colosseum from sand. But that’s just what these master sculptors are doing to prepare for this year’s Sugar Sand Festival in Clearwater.
