Men communicate differently from women. Some men are just not good in expressing their emotions so don't think that the problem is you.
Guys are more comfortable expressing their love through actions and some are just not comfortable in opening another level of themselves because they think it will diminish their masculinity. No man wants to look vulnerable in front of their partner.
They also have the fear of being judged that's why they wait a considerable amount of time to establish trust. Sure, you are dating a man of few words when it comes to discussing emotions but with a little patience, you can get him to express his feeling to you.
