Ingredients
- 1 cup of black olives;
- 1 foot lettuce;
- 200 g of tomatoes grapes or cherries cut in half;
- 400 g of buffalo mozzarella in small balls;
Pepper to taste;
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar;
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped;
- Red wine vinegar to taste;
- 20 chopped basil leaves;
- 10 minced mint leaves;
- 4 alicces (anchovies in oil).
Method of preparation
- In a salad bowl, place the tomatoes, the mozzarella, the mint leaves, the black olives, the lettuce and the green basil leaves.
- Season with the black pepper and set aside;
- In a bowl, mash the anchovies, add the olive oil, the vinegar, the balsamic aceto and the clove of garlic;
- Pour this sauce into the salad, mixing well and add the salt;
Ready to serve.
