Ingredients

  • 1 cup of black olives;
  • 1 foot lettuce;
  • 200 g of tomatoes grapes or cherries cut in half;
  • 400 g of buffalo mozzarella in small balls;

Pepper to taste;

  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar;
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped;
  • Red wine vinegar to taste;
  • 20 chopped basil leaves;
  • 10 minced mint leaves;
  • 4 alicces (anchovies in oil).

Method of preparation

  1. In a salad bowl, place the tomatoes, the mozzarella, the mint leaves, the black olives, the lettuce and the green basil leaves.
  2. Season with the black pepper and set aside;
  3. In a bowl, mash the anchovies, add the olive oil, the vinegar, the balsamic aceto and the clove of garlic;
  4. Pour this sauce into the salad, mixing well and add the salt;

Ready to serve.
