Grafton, N.D. --A Cavalier man was cited with DUI after he crashed into the back of a truck and sent two people to the hospital.
Authorities say it happened just before 1 Tuesday afternoon on Highway 81 just outside of Grafton.
43-year-old Brian Bjerkness of Cavalier was heading seath when he rammed into a truck driven by 56-year-old Michael Kubal of Langdon.
54-year-old Franna Kubal, also of Langdon, was in the truck as well.
The Kubal's truck overturned and both had to be taken to Unity Hospital in Grafton for unknown injuries.
Bjerkness was not injured and taken to the Walsh County Jail.
The Walsh County Jail says they won't get his mugshot until later Wednesday morning.
