1 cup maple syrup

250 ml water

1 lemon

Flaxseed, 1 tbsp

Sage 1 tbsp

Root Marshmallow 1 tbsp

METHOD OF PREPARING:

Mix the maple and the water and cook on low to medium heat for 15 minutes. Add everything else to this mix and cook another 15 minutes on low temperature. Refrigerate after cooking.

Take 1 tbsp every day, 3 times daily. After a few days you see good results and improvement and the lungs are cleared of the extra mucus.
