The drama between Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter seems to have spread from the estranged couple to their 18-year-old son Kevin Jr.
According to TMZ, the two Kevins got into a fight earlier this morning in a store parking lot. The father and son were near their family home in New Jersey. Sources told TMZ, that Wendy took Kevin Jr. to their home. Reportedly, he was there to pick something up. Wendy left and was going to return later to pick him up.
Sources claim that Kevin Jr. didn’t realize that his father was also in the home. Things were fine between them in the home and they ended up going to the store together after midnight.
While in the parking lot, the Hunters got into an argument. Allegedly the two were arguing about Kevin’s request for spousal support. Kevin Sr. claimed that Wendy was brainwashing Jr. against him. The argument got physical, with Kevin Sr. putting Jr. into a headlock. Kevin Jr. punched his father in the nose in order to break the hold.
Police are investigating the incident.
Since the incident occurred, Kevin Hunter Sr. released a statement to TMZ, “I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear.”
