Apple Pecan Crisp is so easy to make and the perfect fall dessert! Crisp and tender apples with crunchy pecans hidden throughout and a buttery cinnamon sugar crumb topping!

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Cups Granny Smith Apples, sliced
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Crisp Topping:
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup butter, chopped into pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl whisk together sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger and ½ cup pecans. Add the apples and coat. Add the lemon juice and toss until coated. Spread apples evenly in the dish.
- To make the crumb topping: In a medium sized bowl mix flour, sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the bowl. Add the butter and using a pastry blender or fork mix until coarse crumbs form. Stir in ½ cup pecans. Sprinkle on top of apples.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender and top is lightly brown.
