Lifion/ADP is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst -- HCM Demonstrations. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing operations team in launching ADP's next gen Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In conjunction with centralized Sales Operations, Marketing and Product Teams, the analyst will manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Lifion product demonstration environments. The analyst will be responsible for the strategy and execution of creating a real-world experience so prospective clients can envision what it would be like to utilize our products for their company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help develop data infrastructure and maintenance of Lifion demo environments
- Work with product management, platform development, and sales/marketing team to scale demo environment for use by multiple users at same time
- Partner with implementation and product teams to ensure timely updates for any new releases
- Create and manage data of demo personas to create a real-world experience across all HCM domains (HR, payroll, benefits, performance, talent, time & attendance, etc.)
- Communication to the field on status to the health of the demonstration environments
- Identify, triage, and work with product teams to solve any issues or enhancements needed through regular testing
- Develop an offline demo experience to showcase Lifion
- Document all processes on upkeep and status of demo environment
- Assist the sales operations and marketing organization on other requests
- Perform special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Candidate should have a BA/BS degree
- 1-4 years of experience in either demo environment maintenance, sales operations, or sales analytics/insights in a corporate environment
- Strong Excel knowledge (utilizes complex formulas, can manipulate and transform data)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- In depth working and administrative experience maintaining technologies for demo purposes
- Experience working with or an understanding of human capital management (HCM) software
