Carrot Salad Recipe

Mohoric Jasmina

Healthier and delicious way to eat the carrots.

Ingredients:
Carrot - 2 medium

Onion finely cut - 1 tblsp (optional)

Green chilli -1

Lemon juice - 15ml

Coriander leaves - few springs

Salt - to taste

Method:
Shred the carrots coarsely.

Cut the onion, coriander leaves and chilli finely.

Add the shredded carrots, onion, chilli and coriander leaves to a salad bowl.

Add the salt and lemon juice.

Stir it and serve.

Preparation Time: 10 min
Serves: 3-4
