COLONIE - A burst pipe forced officials to close part of Route 9 in Colonie Friday morning.
Route 9 is closed between Springwood Manor Drive and Turner Lane, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The closure was caused by a water-main break but no other information about that incident was immediately available.
