Experts Call the Pentagon Head of Being Being Beyond Dinosaurs

Anthropological scientists discovered ancient creatures older than the Dinosaurs at the headquarters of the US Department of Defense of the Pentagon. Researchers from Australia claim that the US military headquarters is home to older creatures of dinosaurs.

Scientists think that there are stones used to build buildings containing mineral microbes 340 million years old.

Scientist Bob Burne asserts: "We have proposed radically different explanations for the origins of ooids that explain their definitive features. Our research has highlighted the other vital roles that microbes play on Earth and in our lives." he said as dilansir Dailystar, Saturday (20/3/2018).

The Pentagon is not the only building that can accommodate ancient microbes, previously found oolitic limestone, buildings such as the Empire State Building at Buckingham Palace and St Paul's Cathedral are believed to house ancient microbes. The full research findings by National University Australia have been published in this month's Scientific Report.

The researchers even discovered the oldest microbial fossils in Australia's 3.4-billion-year-old rocks last year. This discovery can answer about the beginning of life on Earth.

Martin Brasier, a palaeobiologist from Oxford University, England and his colleagues found a fossil-like cell in a black sandstone 30 kilometers away from the Strelley Pool Formation in Western Australia, an ancient beach now a hinterland. The research has been published in Nature Geoscience.

The chemical analysis of rocks shows that the fossil lived about 3.5 billion years ago, but the physical evidence is hard to come by, because it is difficult to prove that the fossils resembling these cells are alive or not.

The fossil structure is considered to be cyanobacterial, which was found in the 1980s on the Apex Chert Formation (microaly fine silica or microfibrous sedimentary rock containing tiny fossils) 3.5 billion years ago, proven to have an inorganic source.

The uncertainty has made the question of when life first appeared on earth, this is something very controversial.

Brasier criticizes the Apex Chert fossil formation, but at least this new finding makes the researchers excited about doing research.

The fossil size, shape and carbon content of the cell wall are characteristic of the bacterial group. The fossil diameter ranges from 5 to 80 micrometers, and the shape resembles an elliptical ball, but some resemble rods.

"There are several ways to resolve the controversy over the existence of the earliest forms of life in Earth's history, something interesting that if it can make people optimistic to unveil the early life of the earth once again," he concluded.
