Feisty Princess Charlotte Put Reporters in Their Place After They Ask Her a Dumb Question

The recent events at the Royals have brought one of them into the limelight for what the media considers as cheeky behavior. Princess Charlotte caught the media’s attention for the first time when she stuck out her tongue at the photographers as she arrived at her Aunt Meghan’s wedding. The hilarious act was caught on hundreds of cameras and circulated all over the internet, leading to mixed reactions from people around the globe.

No one seemed to have a problem with what the princess had done, and soon, she was back at it. This particular royal appeared to feel some way about the photographers. She was pictured waving politely at them as she made her way to the royal cathedral for the christening of her baby brother before gently shaking the hand of the priest. Her brother, Prince George seemed less thrilled and literally ignored the media just like his father who was holding their hands while making his way into the cathedral.

The princess, however, seemed to feel different about the photographers after the service. She did not hesitate to show her disapproval as the party made their way towards the Clarence house for a private tea reception. She swiftly turned her little head toward the flashing cameras and told them in no uncertain terms that they were not coming to the reception.

To make sure that they had gotten her message, she turned to look behind her a few times. She saw that none of them were following her, and the little girl seemed quite satisfied with herself. She had ascertained her position in the royal family and made sure that everyone else had understood. It was, after all, a private family affair.

The royal baby was christened at the St. Paul’s royal chapel in London. Prince Louis was named by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby. The ceremony took place at around four p.m. London time, and the baby was christened at almost three months.

His big brother, Prince George, was born in July 2013 and baptized at three months at the same venue. He is the firstborn to Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton. This makes him the direct descendant to the prince’s throne. His little sister, the cheeky Princess Charlotte was born two years later and christened at two months. The princess was baptized at St. Mary Magdalene in Norfolk.

Baptism seems to be compulsory for all members of the royal family. Meghan Markle, the wife of Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex had to be baptized before her wedding to the prince. The ceremony took place secretly at the Chapel Royal and was presided over by the same Archbishop. The Kensington Palace later confirmed it, and she officially became a member of the Church of England.

Among those in attendance were the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (Prince Harry and Meghan), Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Kate’s sister and husband, godparents and a few other family and friends. The Queen and her husband could not grace the ceremony due to undisclosed reasons. The service was proceeded by the tea reception at the Clarence House, to which the little princess took the liberty to warn off uninvited visitors.
