The CCTV footage, which was released by South African outlet Independent Media, shows how David Warner lost his cool with Quinton de Kock as the teams were returning to their dressing rooms during the tea break.

Warner had to be physically restrained by his team-mate Usman Khawaja before being dragged away by skipper Steve Smith.

The first Test is turning out to be heated contest

Warner was earlier involved in "disrespectful" send-off when AB de Villiers was run out for a duck on day four. Not just Warner, even Nathan Lyon has come under scrutiny for dropping the ball on diving ABD after dislodging the bails and running him out.

Warner also came under scrutiny for Rabada's send-off on day 3.

Cricket Australia is currently investigating the bust-up incident.

Tensions between the two sides have been on the rise with Warner, Mitchell Starc and South Africa's Kagiso Rabada all involved in verbal spats so far.

Australia are closing in on victory in the first of the four-match Test series.
