Houston will be rocking Friday afternoon, as the Astros' World Series championship parade rolls through the heart of downtown.
“It's a true privilege to proudly host this magnificent salute to our hometown team that has earned history,” Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner said in a release. “As we bounce back from Hurricane Harvey, we are more than ready to welcome our heroes home in proper form."

The parade will begin at 2 p.m. local time (3 p.m. ET).
What is the Houston Astros parade route?
According to the Houston Chronicle, the parade will start at the intersection of Smith and Lamar and will go north on Smith, east on Walker, south on Milam, west on Pease, north on Smith and then end at Lamar with a celebration at City Hall.
