Well this is certainly different.
Most people would take their mum for a slap up meal at a fancy restaurant on Mother's Day, but as we all know, times are hard, the country is in debt and we might as well not even bother contributing to our pension pot.
It seems Maccy D's understands that we're all poor, so to take the stress off your already maxxed out credit card, they are offering a three-course, slap up meal for you and ma this Sunday.
So what's on offer? For a starter, you'll get some cheeky mozarella dippers, precisely four chicken nuggets (or carrot sticks with Phili dip). For the main, expect a Signature Collection burger, Big Mac, Chicken Legend, Fillet O'Fish or Veggie Burger. Then finally, dessert, which either comes in the form of a McFlurry, Fruit bag, Muffin or Apple pie.
The only downside is that the deal is not available to us Londoners. To take a punt on the deal, you'll have to go all the way up to the McDonald's restaurant in Newcastle (obviously) on Northumberland street.
