What kind of reputation do you uphold at work? Are you confident that your colleagues believe in your abilities? Are you known as a hard worker or a slacker? Ultimately, it’s almost impossible, without spying on those around you, to know how you’re perceived when you’re not around. All workers must tow a line of professionalism and be able to inform a worker if they’ve messed up, whilst maintaining a positive relationship – yet this is a very hard balance to strike and often, many workers fail to achieve it.
