App-only bank Monzo has stated that it wants staff turnover to increase so it can hire different people – which might mean a potential recruitment ‘goldrush’ toward the popular firm.
Speaking at Fintech Talent conference earlier this week, Bobbi Nicholson, People Operations Lead was reported in Yahoo! Finance as saying that staff aren’t moving on and they need new skillsets in the business.
