Parents are often emotionally connected to their children. During special events in their children’s lives, they very often don’t seem to have control over their emotions as to how they respond to these special events.
This is why, when children are graduating from college, you can easily see the parents exuding so much joy and excitement. Many divorced partners even seem to reunite during their children’s special occasions.
I mean, we have seen former partners frolicking, hugging, and taking photographs together as though nothing ever went south between them just because the child they had together was graduating from college, bagged a major honor, or was simply getting married.
However, in the case of a man and his wife who are from Nigeria, their twin daughters happened to be getting married on the same day to the men in their lives recently. After fully participating in the program of the day and observing how the event progressed, at a point both parents could not hold back their emotions any longer and the two of them burst into tears.
A photographer who captured the moment shared the images of the parents to the twin brides on his social media handle @photosuite. The woman tried her best to hide her tears by bending her head a little bit low, whereas her husband can be seen on the pictures wiping out the tears running down his cheeks with a white handkerchief.
