ATC: Kyle Guy Continues to Impress, Lacrosse Falters

  • The Virginia Cavaliers defeated Louisville, 57-54, in Saturday’s regular season finale to grab the No. 2 seed for the ACC Tournament.

Kyle Guy has made a name for himself in his first year with the G League’s Stockton Kings.

Following Saturday night’s 32-point performance, the former Virginia star has now scored 30+ points in three of his last four games. Stats like those makes you wonder if and when he will get more consistent playing time at the NBA level.

Despite junior attackman Matt Moore’s career-high seven goals, men’s lacrosse (4-2) dropped a close one to Brown on the road on Saturday, 14-13.

The women’s team also suffered a setback over the weekend, losing to No. 23 Duke, 16-10. They’ll look to respond in a big way for their next game on Thursday, when they host third-ranked Syracuse.
