Malcolm Brogdon nears return, Hoos earn high rankings

Streaking The Lawn

Big news out of Virginia football yesterday, as the Cavaliers added two graduate wide receivers in Dejon Brissett and Terrell Chatman, and, later in the day, nabbed their fourth commit for the class of 2020 in four-star offensive lineman Jimmy Christ, whose brother Tommy is a defensive lineman for the team.

Though Malcolm Brogdon missed his sixth straight playoff game last night due to injury, he continues to get more and more comfortable on the practice court. Expect to see him back on the floor in the near future, as he remains a critical piece to the Eastern Conference’s No. 1 seed Milwaukee Bucks.

College basketball team grades for 2018-19 NCAA season (Sports Illustrated)

Only two teams received A+’s in Sports Illustrated’s final college basketball team grades: Virginia and Texas Tech.

UVA men’s tennis’ Brandon Nakashima ranked fourth in the latest ITF World Tennis Tour Junior Rankings posted on Monday. Nakashima, who will compete with the Hoos in the NCAA’s this weekend, made the quarterfinals of both the US and French Open Junior singles tournaments last summer.
