The Virginia Cavaliers came up just short against NC State on Monday, falling to the Wolfpack, 53-51. The loss moves the Hoos to 12-6 overall and 4-4 in conference.

After Sunday’s games, we now know two former Wahoos will head to this year’s Super Bowl in Miami: rookies Tim Harris (49ers) and Juan Thornhill (Chiefs). Congrats, guys!

Unfortunately, both are listed on the injured reserve list, so neither will get the chance to take the field.
