Last night, four islanders left the villa in a shock dumping. Chris, Harley, Anna, and Jordan were all voted out by the public. Side note: absolutely gutted about Chris, he was one of the best.
Speaking of Chris, he’s now spoken out about the whole Jordan/India situation, and claimed that the pair flirted a lot more than we all saw.
Speaking to the Sun, he said: “You only see an hour snipped from a 24 hour day, there were conversations between India and Jordan that you will never see,
“There was a lot of flirtiness there. There’s a lot of downtime where we aren’t allowed to talk about the show but we talk about whatever we want,
“In those moments, that is when a lot of potential relationships and flirtiness goes on – it didn’t come out of nowhere.
“I had a feeling, I knew what Jordan was going to do.”
He added that although it was obvious what was coming, Jordan didn’t go about the situation in the right way. He said: “He should have spoken to Anna, he should have spoken to Ovie, and then he should have spoken to India,
“He knows that was a mistake and he has apologised for that to Anna.”
When questioned on whether or not he felt that Jordan’s head was turned due to being in the bottom two so often, Chris said: “I think the reason for Jordan’s actions were a lot more deep seated than a potential perception on the outside world,
“I think Jordan was looking at the situation and he was seeing things in India that maybe he wished Anna had,
“More playfulness, getting involved in games and things like that.”
There’s not long left of this year’s Love Island, however we don’t have long to wait for the next one as ITV announced that we’re getting two seasons a year as of January 2020.
