Super limited is the word when it comes to two new cars that Lamborghini unveiled this week. The Aventador SVJ 63 Roadster and the Huracán EVO GT Celebration mark special times in Lamborghini’s motor sports history. The Aventador SVJ 63 Roadster was designed to commemorate 1963, the company’s founding year.
Going further to specify the occasion the Aventador bears the year ’63 in its title and will be released in a run of only 63 cars. It rips with a 6.5L V12 engine that gives 770 units of lossless horsepower.
Coupled with 531 lb/ft of torque, this car goes from 0-62 MPH in 2.9 seconds with top speeds of around 217 mph. This special edition Aventador comes with ’63 decals around the car, matte or gloss carbon fiber options on the roof, engine, air vents, windscreen, and mirrors. It is finished nicely with matte titanium rims.
The Huracán EVO GT on the other hand, gives massive respect to the GT3 EVO that won the 24 Hours of Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring races in 2018 & 2019. These glorious 36 hours prompted a release of 36 cars with deep racing roots. The Huracán EVO GT features an even sportier design and is powered by the same aspirated V10 engine as the original.
The new Huracán was made nine paint combinations, and Lamborghini Squadra Corse shields, Daytona 24 and Sebring 12 ID plates, and carbon fiber edition number plates that are inscribed from 1 to 36.
