On tonight’s RHONY Recap, the ladies are heading up to upstate New York to spend some time at Luann’s new house. Sonja often take a Jitney to the Hamptons. But for the trip upstate she is the only passenger in a luxurious van. There is TV and Internet and comfortable cars. I need to know where to get one of these! She’s also got her dog with her. She brushes the dogs hair and the brushes her hair with the same brush. Because, Sonja.
Dorinda loves her new neighborhood. She can walk to everything. We get to see a great flower shop. Then the goes next door for fancy cheese.
Luann Is A Cranky Hostess
Tinsley and Bethenny meet for a glass of wine and a quesadilla. Tinsley’s dog has cancer. She also coming to terms with the fact that having a baby may not be in the cards for her. Sonja was very mean to her about her situation. Ramona shows up to trash Luann. Then Ramona is mad that Bethenny didn’t come to her event. Bethenny is mad that Luann is being so disrespectful to her lately. Bethenny and Ramona tell Tinsley if she wants to have a baby she needs to just do it now. These three talk about a trip to Miami.
Sonja is the first to arrive at the round house. She brings wine and her dog to Lu’s house. Sonja trash talks Tinsley to Luann. Tinsley wanting a husband and a baby is not a reason to trash her. All they do is talk poorly about the others. Barbara arrives next. She has gifts. She is so nice. Luann is making dinner.
Sonja and Barbara tell Luann that she should have come out to greet them at her performance. Luann gets really pissed at Sonja. She tells here she is in her house eating her food and “she needs to watch herself.” Luann is a loose cannon this season. Every other word is cabaret. Literally.
COCK…TAIL Hour
Dorinda, Bethenny and Tinsley take the same car to Lu’s. Bethenny brought lots of booze because it is a dry county. I didn’t know they had those up north. They are terrible. I used to stay at a friends cabin that is in a dry county. It’s also almost an hour to civilization. I stopped going because packing and unpacking the car and then cleaning the whole house before leaving (plus leaving $150) for the maid was exhausting. The drinking word is cabaret. They are all going to have alcohol poisoning.
What is it about these Jonathan Adler stores that the housewives love so much? It’s the place that sells those stupid pills for hundreds of dollars. I just don’t get it. Ramona is there to get a housewarming gift for Lu. She picks out a coaster with the word COCK on it. Clazzy! Oh, the other one says TAIL. I get it now. She also gets the ugliest candlesticks I’ve ever seen.
Barbara Is Sexually Fluid
Forty-five minute into the show, everyone arrives except Ramona. Everyone pretends to love Lu’s round bungalow. There is a kitchen in one of the guestrooms. What’s up with that? Dorinda isn’t overly impressed. Tinsley says she could never live there in the middle of nowhere. I think it’s cute!
Ramona is at one of her many birthday parties. The other RHONY were not invited. I do not understand how Ramona gets to keep ditching these all cast events.
Barbara says she is sexually fluid. That’s the new term for bisexual these days. Barbara had a relationship with a woman once. She prefers men.
Luann talks about her cabaret life. Bethenny and Luann fight about Bethenny having to go home from her Halloween performance to be with Bryn. Then Bethenny brings up something Luann said when they were at Art Basel. Is this trip after Art Basel? Why do they show things out of order on RHONY so much? How many times do they have to have this fight?
Next week we get a glimpse into Luann’s future music career when the RHONY go to club where an 80 year old woman “sings” and plays the keyboard. Come back next week for that RHONY Recap.
