After a group of so-called “moderate” Muslims spotted a Christian couple, they eventually caught up to them and stopped them to have a little chat. Unfortunately, the situation would take a nasty turn – and that’s when they looked to the man’s wife and uttered 7 purely evil words after they forced her to watch what they did.
It all started when members of the Al-Nusra Front – a Muslim faction belonging to al-Qaeda – stormed into the town of Maaloula in Syria. According to one resident, only identified as Marie, “They arrived in our town at dawn and shouted ‘We are from the Al-Nusra Front and have come to make lives miserable for the Crusaders.’”
The Christians living in the town began to flee but the terrorists were able to catch at least one of the men. Reports indicate that the Islamist group slit the man’s throat without a second thought – but things only got worse from there.
Marie states that the terrorists then turned to the innocent man’s wife and began to taunt her with just 7 evil words. According to witnesses, the Muslims looked to the mourning woman and said, “Jesus did not come to save him.”
Christians In Pakistan further explain that the Islamists specifically chose the area in order to find a Christian to kill. “The town was home to a considerably large Christian population,” the news agency reports. “According to estimates, about 5,000 of the residents of Maaloula speak Aramaic, the language spoken by Jesus himself.”
Furthermore, it seems that those on the left have tried to brush off the actions of the Al-Nursa front by referring to the group as “moderate.” According to Jihad Watch:
Establishment counterterror analyst Max Abrahms says that the Al-Nusra Front uses “more moderate methods” than the Islamic State, and is “trading” on its “more moderate branding.”
I think it goes without saying that this instance proves everything the right has been arguing all along to be true. Not only is there no such thing as “moderate” Muslims, but those bold enough to act in such horrific ways are genuinely practicing the Quran as it was intended.
As Barack Obama wants to bring in people from this exact region, one can only wonder how long it will be before this starts happening here in America. The left can claim that Islam is peaceful, but when the “moderate” Muslims start slitting people’s throats, you’d have to be an idiot not to see that you are dead wrong.
