Leroy Sane credits manager Pep Guardiola for transforming City into a team that can compete for the major honors in the club game.
City are now among the favorites to win the UEFA Champions League. And the manager is a major reason why, according to Sane.
"This year, we're a real strong team, and we understand Pep Guardiola's philosophy, have improved a lot and know what he wants from us," the German said to City's official website.
"The Champions League is a really tough tournament and every single game is really special and difficult. But we have a good chance to come to the final and win the Champions League. But it will be really difficult."
