A lot of Crystal Palace fans have been drooling over a post by the club showing all of Andros Townsend’s goals since he joined the south London side.
The 28 year-old winger signed for The Eagles in July 2016 for £14.04 million from Newcastle United, per Transfermarkt, and has had an enjoyable spell at Selhurst Park, making 150 appearances and scoring 15 goals whilst also providing 23 assists.
Palace fans would have possibly liked to see more goals from the player, who has also appeared for England after making his debut in 2013, however it is fair to say that they have been treated to some absolutely amazing goals by the attacker. One that comes to mind is the spectacular volley scored last season in the south London side’s 3-2 victory away at Manchester City, via BBC Sport.
Not only was it the Premier League goal of the season last year, but it also recently was awarded the accolade of the best first time volley in Premier League history, via Crystal Palace.
