A lot of West Brom fans are excited after journalist Joseph Masi reported that the club want to sign current loanee Filip Krovinovic on a permenant deal, per Express and Star.
Krovinovic joined Albion on loan from Benfica in the summer and has made 34 appearances for the club, scoring twice and providing four assists, per Transfermarkt.
The 24 year-old is reportedly available for around £10 million, via Express and Star, and West Brom fans seem to think that is a great price for the midfielder.
Manager Slaven Bilic seems to already be building his side to be of Premier League quality, as reports circulate that he also wants to sign Matheus Pereira on a permanent deal as well, via Express and Star. The Baggies currently sit second in the Championship, and are six points away from third place with nine games to go.
Clearly Bilic feels like the Croatian player, who has thrived more in a defensive midfield role for the club, is suited to England’s top flight and it will be interesting to see how much they are willing to pay for him.
The player manages on average 1.2 key passes per game, via WhoScored, highlighting how the deeper role given to him hasn’t stopped his effect on the attacking side of West Brom’s game.

Great news. Arguably our best player in the second half of this season, since the formation change enabled him to play in the “No. 8” role that clearly suits him best, and finding his fitness. The way he and Livermore press re-inspired our form in Feb. Def ready for the PL IMO.

I think he’ll flourish in the Prem where generally speaking he’ll have more time on the ball than in the champ

He’s worth signing just to keep Pereira happy if nothing else. Their bond is evident, and if we hope to keep getting the best out of Matheus then signing his best mate can surely only help our cause. The fact Krovi is actually a really tidy player is an added bonus too
