POTSDAM — Clarkson University has announced the hiring of assistant coaches in men’s and women’s soccer and women’s basketball.
The Clarkson men’s soccer team added Eric Venezia to the coaching staff. A 2017 graduate of the University of Vermont, Venezia was a goalie for the Division I Catamounts and the team reached the NCAA Tournament twice during his four seasons on the team.
The Clarkson women’s team named Steve Domino as an assistant. Domino is a graduate of SUNY New Paltz where he played goal for the Hawks, graduating in 2015. He was an assistant for Vassar College last season.
The Golden Knights hired Colleen Ames as an assistant for the women’s basketball team. Ames graduated from New Paltz in 2017 and was a volunteer assistant with her alma mater this past season. Ames played two seasons for New Paltz, accumulating 407 points.
