OGDENSBURG — A Massena man faces several charges after being arrested Saturday afternoon for driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle and for possessing marijuana, state police said.
Jeffrey A. Chapman, 35, was charged at 410 Cedar St., Ogdensburg, police said. He faces two counts of felony aggravated DWI with a child, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and two infractions, failure to keep right on a two-lane road and a back-passenger safety belt violation.
