ELLISBURG — State police charged Jaime Lorenzo De Leon, 32, of Ellisburg, with driving while intoxicated following a stop Wednesday afternoon on Route 289.
Mr. De Leon’s blood alcohol content was not listed.
Mr. De Leon, also charged with driving without a license, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from lane unsafely at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, was later released with an appearance ticket for a local court.
