The National Weather Service located in Buffalo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego counties for Thursday and Friday.
Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected Thursday afternoon and evening. Some of these storms may bring small hail and gusty winds are predicted. These storms may also produce very heavy downpours with localized flooding possible.
