WATERTOWN — City police arrested Kiegan X. Cuzzocrea, 20, at his home at 1620 Huntington St., apt. K1, late Thursday night for an alleged domestic incident from earlier that day.
He was charged with third-degree robbery and third-degree criminal mischief.
Police documents allege Mr. Cuzzocrea restrained Lauren N. Perkins at her home on 359 Franklin St. while he reached into her shirt and grabbed her iPhone 6.
It’s further alleged that he threw Ms. Perkins’ phone on the ground and caused it to break into several pieces. The phone was valued at $359.
Mr. Cuzzocrea was held pending his arraignment in Watertown City Court.
