WATERTOWN — Garrett B. Moore, 18, and Mia D. Johnson-Gonzalez, 18, both of 168 Sterling St., Apt. 1, were each charged by city police on Sunday night with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
They are accused of possessing 38 hydroxyzine tablets that had been reported stolen. Mr. Moore also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. They were given appearance tickets for July 12 in Watertown City Court.
