SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies in Spartanburg County said a 20-year-old man has been charged with four counts of attempted murder after firing shots into a home and a car.

The first shooting happened Thursday evening at a home on Wellington Road.

Deputies said bullets shattered a front window and a glass door, and penetrated the front door and wall.

Three people were inside but were not hurt.

The second incident happened early Friday morning along I-26.

Deputies met with a man whose car windows were shattered and who was bleeding from his forehead.

The victim told deputies he had passed a vehicle and then that vehicle, a dark sedan, then sped up behind him and he heard loud popping sounds, then felt something hit his head as his window shattered. Deputies said the victim was cut by the glass.

Deputies said Zachary Parker confessed to both crimes when investigators questioned him.

Parker, of Plantation Drive in Moore, was arrested and booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center on Friday morning.
