LANCASTER, SC (WBTV) -
Two men were injured and four men are being sought in an attempted robbery and shooting in Lancaster Tuesday night.
Lancaster police say they were called to the 800 block of Woodland Drive around 8:52 p.m. in reference to a shooting.
Officers say they found two men who had been shot when they arrived. "Preliminary investigation revealed the victims were working on a vehicle in the front yard when they were approached by four African American males," police say.
The four men reportedly attempted to rob the men and shot them in the process.
One of the men shot is in critical condition. The other man shot is expected to be OK.
