Not only is Alicia Keys one of the most soulful singers of our generation, but "The Voice" coach, wife and mom of two is also an inspiration to girls and women everywhere. Why? Alicia decided awhile back to forego makeup as a way to empower herself and show us all that bare-faced can be beautiful. This natural beauty is returning to Season 14 of "The Voice" this spring and is also taking part in the 2019 documentary "I Talk to Strangers."
MINNIE DRIVER

Sassy British actress (and mum of one son) Minnie Driver is best known for her role as Fiona in the dramedy series "About a Boy." Although Minnie once dated some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Josh Brolin, John Cusack and Matt Damon, she's now possibly engaged (or already married) to writer Neville Wakefield. Along with starring in the ABC family comedy "Speechless," Minnie is set to star in the 2018 thriller "Spinning Man."
KERRY WASHINGTON
Born: Jan. 31, 1977
While we're devastated that Kerry Washington's series "Scandal" is coming to an end after seven seasons in 2018, we're excited that she'll have more time with her two young children and husband Nnamdi Asomugha. Kerry may not have as much free time as she'd like, however, since she's also starting production on a new comedy series with Eva Longoria titled "24-7." No word yet on the official release date.
SHAKIRA
Born: Feb. 2, 1977
Chart-topping Colombian singer Shakira is a force of nature. Not only is this talented songbird one of our favorite singers, she's also got dance moves for days. Married to Spanish footballer Gerard Piqué (who also happens to be an Aquarius), the couple share two young sons, Milan and Sasha. In 2018, the belly-dancing beauty is continuing her El Dorado world tour to promote her album by the same name that was released in May 2017.
